As fall weather sets in for many of us, the cool air and cloudy skies seems to evoke the need for warm homey food, like soup, bread, roast chicken, and anything in relation to hot apples (read: cider, turn overs, carmel apples, crisp, et al). I found this recipe for Caramel Apple Turnovers on The Comfort of Cooking and had to share for two reasons. Reason 1: Yum! Reason 2: EASY! This recipe involves so few ingredients, you’ll be shocked!
