It’s always a pleasure to work for companies like 31 Bits who have a really great mission and purpose behind their product. They are one of my favorite clients, not only because purchasing their products supports internally displaced women in Northern Uganda, but also because the women running the non-profit are so visionary and fabulous to be around. 31 Bits is rallying support to accomplish goals one would only dream of! (Their new website is up, so be sure to check it out!)
Last Thursday, we shot their upcoming spring line, which will be out in a month or so. When I style for this team, it’s a complete focus on wardrobe styling. It’s always a challenge putting together a cohesive look that is unique, a little unexpected, yet appealing to our target market. This shoot turned out to be one of my favorites we’ve done so far–we went with a nautical look, but had to keep it from being over-wrought. Photographer Trever Hoehne is always a dream to work with, so of course he makes everything look perfect!
